We've all been there that 6-1 or 6-0 first set that just destroys your confidence. How do you mentally and tactically reset when things go completely wrong from the start?

What's your go-to routine between sets? Do you change tactics, focus on small wins, or just try to forget the score? Share your comeback strategies!

I have a 60-second mental checklist:

  1. What did THEY do well?

  2. What did I do poorly?

  3. One tactical adjustment

No overthinking - just 3 answers and move on.
