Every time the score gets tight 40–40, 5–5 my arm tightens up. I start playing safe, stop committing, and more often than not, I lose the game.
I know it’s mostly mental, but I’m struggling to change it.

Same issue here. I started bouncing the ball the same number of times every big point. It keeps my mind busy.
