Mental : How to stay strong in long tennis matches

I often hit a mental wall around the 90-minute mark. Focus drops, frustration grows, and my game collapses.

What strategies help you stay mentally strong in long matches?

Any advice is welcome.

Break the match into small goals. Focus on winning the next point, not the set. Mini-targets keep you present and reduce stress ;)
