Description and purpose of the exercise:

  • The player starts from an advanced position in the field (approximately 1.5 m).
  • The coach sends the ball successively to position P1, P2, P3 and P4.
  • Player A must start from position P0 to catch the ball at positions P1, P2, P3 and P4.
  • The player must each time return to position P0 before attacking the next position.
