Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
Hi everyone,
I’m very interested in the PongBot Pace S Pro tennis ball machine and would love some feedback from people who actually use it. On paper, it looks amazing: AI-powered movement tracking that waits until you’re back in position, full-court coverage, up to around 80 mph ball speed with heavy spin, plus hundreds of preset and custom drills via the app and a big battery that’s supposed to last many hours.
If you own or have tested the Pace S Pro, could you share your thoughts on:
How well the AI / movement tracking works in real training (does it really time the next ball to your recovery?)
Reliability and build quality of the machine after regular use
Ball consistency (speed, spin, placement) and how “match-like” the rallies feel
The app: is it intuitive, and are the many preset/custom drills actually useful or overwhelming?
Real-world battery life during intense sessions and any issues with charging
Customer service / support experience if you had a problem
Would you buy it again at the same price, or would you recommend another machine instead?
Thanks a lot for any feedback!
I just wanted to say that the Play S Ace Pro is a really good ball machine.
I use it often myself and I'm super happy with it.
It's also an AI-powered machine with some really interesting features. It's definitely a next-gen machine that adds a lot to your game, and it's just awesome overall
What I love is that you can adjust so many details through the app—like all the possible ball placements, the speed, the height, spin changes, and programming drills. It's really a very complete machine, and it's honestly just great
