Hey friends!
Today I'm going to show you a cool exercise to work on our volleys in tennis.
Here's how it happens:
- We start by placing four cones on the court. Two of them are inside the service square and the other two are near the baseline.
- Afterwards, It is player A who sends balls to the net to players B.
- And there, player B must return the balls alternating between a short volley and a deep volley.
The objective of this exercise is to develop our control and our ability to place volleys where we want on the court.
This is super important to be effective in the net game.
