176 Tennis exercise - Forehand, backhand and drop shot combination

Hello friends!

Today, I'm showing you a fairly complete exercise that allows you to work on the forehand, backhand and drop shot.

Execution of the exercise:

  • My coach and I exchanged forehands and backhands from the baseline.
  • When conditions permit, my coach sends me a ball with a rather low trajectory to put me in an ideal situation to return a perfect shot.
  • I in turn have to run towards the square and aim to hit the ball underneath, giving it a little tap so that it falls gently on the other side of the net.

TIPS: Try to feel the ball on your racket and give just enough force to get it over the net. Delicacy and control are essential to achieve good cushioning.
