I’m looking at the Playmate Volley ball machine, possibly for use at a club or shared between several players. It seems to have a good reputation for durability and consistent feeding, plus some useful drill options.

For those who have used the Playmate Volley:

• How solid and reliable is it after heavy / club-level use?

• Quality and variety of the drills and oscillation patterns

• Ease of maintenance, cleaning and any required servicing

• Ball trajectory consistency and ability to handle different ball types

• Any known weak points or parts that tend to break

• Whether you’d choose it again compared to other high-end machines
