Today, “exchange of volleys on the halfway line”.
Execution of the exercise:
Two players stand on each side of the center line of the field. Then, we exchange volleys by hitting the ball before it bounces, but always remaining in the midline area.
This exercise is good for improving precision and our timing in volleys, and in addition, it helps us to be more reactive and coordinated with our partner.
