186 Practice volleys – high forehand and backhand volleys

Hi friends !
Here's a super nice exercise that we do regularly with my tennis partner.

  • We both place ourselves in the service area.
  • We volley balls back and forth, but not just anyhow, we send them high into the air at shoulder height
  • We alternate between forehands and backhands.

It's really cool because we have to stay close to the net and control our shots well. It's not easy at first, but with practice, you get stronger and stronger!
