Hello everyone !
Today we will work on a low fly exercise with a coach.
We find ourselves on the same side of the field. I stand on the service line, and the coach is right next to the net.
He first sends a low ball to the right side,
and I have to return it with a super low volley with my forehand. Then he sends a low ball to the backhand side, and I have to volley it back using my backhand.
After each strike, I return to my starting position by stepping backwards.
We continue like this, alternating sides.
It's really cool for working on my reactivity and precision.
