In this exercise, you will work on offensive play. The idea is to put yourself in the situation where you get a short ball favorable to an attack, you attack and you follow your ball on volley...

Organization of the exercise
- Player B / coach engages the ball on player A's forehand. (A ball relatively favorable to an attack.)
- Player A enters the field and attacks at the feet of player B (Ball difficult to negotiate for B who will have to shift to prepare his shot)
- Player B returns while attempting a passing
- Player A finishes the point with a short volley and crosses to the backhand side.
