023 Tennis drill - Work on your reflexes and reactivity

This little physical exercise allows you to work on reactivity and reflexes, it's a bit cardio too lol

 

Exercise :

I place 5 balls on the field at regular intervals (approximately 1 meter apart each)

Start of ball 1
1) I whole ball 1 with my hand
2) In chase I go to ball 2 and I touch it - Then I come back to ball 1
3) In chase I go to ball 3 and I touch it - Then I come back to ball 1
4) In chase I go to ball 4 and I touch it - Then I come back to ball 1
5) In chase I go to ball 5 and touch it - Then I come back to ball 1

And we start again:

3 to 4 series of 1 min with 40sc recovery between each series... you will see it sends you off lol
