The monday grind: Balancing recovery and motivation after a tough weekend

Hi friends,

My weekend was full of competitive matches. They were great, but they left me physically drained. Now it's Monday. My body is tired, but my mind is still eager to get on the court.

I want to play, but I know I need to be smart about recovery to avoid injury and stay fresh for the week ahead.

How do you all handle this push and pull?

  • What does your "recovery day" routine look like after intense matches?
  • Do you push through with a light hit, or is complete rest better?
  • How do you listen to your body to tell the difference between general fatigue and warning signs?
  • Any tips for staying motivated when your energy is low but you don't want to lose momentum?

Looking for your best strategies to start the week strong, not burnt out.

thanks you Smile
