Let’s be honest, Wednesday can feel like the longest tennis day. Work fatigue kicks in, motivation dips, and the couch looks tempting. Yet once you step on court, things often change fast.

How do you feel about midweek tennis sessions and what helps you stay motivated when the week feels heavy?

Hello,

I advise clients to have a shorter, focused plan for midweek. A 45-minute session with a clear goal like working on returns or playing first-to-10 points is perfect. It's productive, manageable, and ends before fatigue can turn into burnout. Quality over quantity.
