Hello friends,

Does anyone else experience this? You begin the season full of energy and goals. Then after a few months, your enthusiasm starts to fade. Training feels like a chore, and matches lose their spark.

  • This motivation dip can be frustrating. How do you push through it?
  • What are the early warning signs for you?
  • Do you take a structured break or change your routine?
  • Have you found ways to reset your goals to feel excited again?
  • Does this happen more with repetitive training or after tough losses?

Sharing your strategies could help us all finish the season strong.

Taking short breaks is completely normal and necessary. A few days off can make a huge difference. You return to the court feeling refreshed and missing the game. Don't see it as quitting 😁

Net rusher. No regrets.
