Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
I've been thinking about this lately. I genuinely love practice sessions. There's a certain freedom there. The atmosphere feels lighter, more creative. Matches bring a different kind of satisfaction, but also pressure.
Do you have a clear preference? Do you crave the structured intensity of a real match? Or do you find more pure enjoyment in the flow of a good practice?
What makes a great practice session for you? And what do you wish you could take from practice into your matches?
Matches are pure pressure. Practice is pure freedom. You summed it up perfectly. I need both, but for completely different reasons. Practice is for growth. Matches are for testing that growth.
