Hi friends

I'm in a match I notice that my opponent has a weakness on his forehand, I choose to target this area... OK let's go...
It is good to be able to send the ball to a targeted area whether you are on the forehand or the backhand.
With this exercise we will target the opponent's basic forehand (assuming he is right-handed)
My partner or coach therefore sends me a ball on my forehand and I return it to him in the targeted zone,
I return the ball to my backhand, I go get it and I return it long line...

And so on

This exercise makes me work on my forehand, my stroke, my placement and the long line backhand which is not at all easy to do... The coach can possibly equip himself with a basket to send the balls, but The best thing is to reach a level good enough so that you don't have to use the basket...

It's up to you, friends
