Hi friends !
Today, we will see together a tactical exercise where we will work on using our strong blows to gain an advantage over our opponent.
OPTION A:
Player A will continue to play inside-out forehands, hitting the ball diagonally towards the opposite side of the court to its finishing ball. This is a safer option that allows him to stay in point while putting pressure on Player B with powerful forehands.
Here, player B is at a disadvantage since the rally continues on his backhand side, which is often the weak side if he is right-handed.

OPTION B :
Player A continues to play diagonally with his inside-out forehand, but when he has an opportunity, he suddenly switches to hitting the ball with an inside-in forehand, which leaves him allows you to finish the point in a more offensive and aggressive manner.
TIPS: When running around your backhand, try to always move in a circular motion. This will help you add more power to your forehand shot.
