222 Exercise: The Smash – Working on movement and positioning solo

Hi friends ! Today I'm going to show you a smash exercise that you can do on your own.

Execution of the exercise:

  • Player A positions himself in the service square.
  • Then he hits the ball up and back.
  • Quickly, he steps back with small steps to place himself under the ball and be ready to smash it.

This exercise allows you to work on movement and positioning to achieve an effective smash
