Hi
Hi !
The bench jump exercise is quite simple but physical, involving jumping from a standing position on the floor onto a bench, then jumping back up again to return to the floor.
Execution of the exercise:
- Stand in front of a sturdy bench and bend your knees slightly to gain momentum.
- Jump forcefully to land on the bench with both feet.
- Briefly stabilize yourself in a standing position on the bench. Jump towards the ground again, stepping back to return to the starting position.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
This exercise is effective for developing strength, explosiveness and muscular coordination, particularly in the legs and stabilizing muscles.
