I share in video a series of small stretch exercises that I practice as often as possible (almost every day).
Stretching helps to soften the muscles and help avoid injuries. It is recommended to do it in most sports.
When should we be stretching?
Some will say that it must be done right after physical effort ... Others will say that it must be done two hours after because just after physical effort it can tear the fibers ... Others will say that You have to do it the next day ... I asked my physiotherapist the question you told me that there are not especially better moments ...
Finally I join this opinion of stretching enough we can do it at any time during the day ... And personally I often make my small series of stretches at the end of the day.
Execution of the exercise:

To make my stretching I downloaded an application of the "HIIT TIMER / INTERVAL TIMER" type application (look for in the Play Store / Apple Store): to put it simply it is a stopwatch at time intervals.
I program my application to do 45 seconds of exercises and 15 seconds of rest.
In short, I do these stretching exercises in Tabata: (I chain them)
NB: this series is mainly oriented back mobility

Personally I try to do a small 20 -minute session of stretching daily by chaining all these exercises.
