Hi
I remember that in the first years when my children were playing tennis, my wife and I were surprised to see that apart from training, the children did not play any competitions or matches...
In tennis (in France in any case, I don't know how it works elsewhere): the clubs offer training, and it is up to us parents to register and bring our children to the competitions.
To do this, you must go to the ten-up application, create your child's account (with their license number) and you will be able to see all the tournaments available in your sector and even throughout France. You will then be able to register your child in the competitions and participate in them.

Some clubs organize team matches during which children are invited to participate in team competitions during which they represent their club... I invite you to contact your child's coach to see if this exists in your club.
For toddlers, there are Galaxy trays, these are tournaments where young children will be able to play with red, orange, or green balls... These tournaments are quite nice because they allow children to play several small matches, it's very educational and very good for them. It is also educational for parents who must learn to manage on the sidelines...
(this is not necessarily obvious).
