I changed shoes and suddenly my legs feel less tired

Hey everyone,

I switched to new shoes this month and the difference at the end of matches is huge. Less leg fatigue, better stability, and I don’t feel as heavy after long rallies.

Do we underestimate how important shoes really are?

We focus so much on rackets, but shoes are your foundation. If your foundation is unstable or dead, everything above it works harder to compensate. Your calves, quads, and core tense up to stabilize you, leading to faster fatigue. Good shoes provide a stable platform so your muscles can work on movement and power, not just balance.
