Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
Hi everyone,
I’ve been happy with the comfort and support of my current tennis shoes, but I’ve noticed they slip slightly during sudden stops and lateral changes of direction on hard courts. It’s not dramatic, but enough to affect confidence when chasing wide balls or stopping quickly after a sprint.
It made me realize how important outsole design is, especially on abrasive hard court surfaces where grip directly affects both performance and injury prevention.
I’ve seen different outsole patterns full herringbone, modified herringbone, and more open or hybrid designs.
For those who play regularly on hard courts, which outsole pattern gives you the best grip, stability, and confidence during aggressive movement?
