Hi !!
Being able to target an area when serving is super advantageous. This allows me, for example, to choose to serve on my opponent's backhand, or to the body if I see that it bothers him...
When I started, I had trouble putting the ball in the service square... but now I know how to aim and it's thanks in part to this little exercise that I repeat regularly when I practice serving.
Here is an exercise that I often do to gain precision in serving.

It's quite simple, I place 8 zones (plots) to target as in the illustration and I must serve on each of the zones.
Until I reach the targeted area I cannot move on to the next area.
This exercise allows me to gain precision
