Hi!
This exercise improves your cardio while working on your reaction speed. It simulates the quick little steps you make between each shot, while keeping your heart rate up.
How to perform the exercise:
- Stand facing the stepper, racket in hand for more realism.
- Step up one foot at a time quickly onto the stepper, then step back down, keeping the movement smooth and light, without jumping.
- Each time both feet are on top, tap your racket on the ground in front of you, as if “resetting” after a point.
- Keep going at a fast pace for 45 seconds.
Do 4 sets of 45 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between each set.
