215 Smash exercise - working on moving backwards

Hi friends !

In this smash drill, the player positions himself in front of the net and the coach stands on the other side of the court.

  • The player taps the net with his racket to signal the coach to send a lob ball.
  • The player must step back quickly to reposition himself and smash the ball.
  • After achieving the smash, the player returns to the net to repeat the exercise.

The main objective is to work on the player's backward movement, allowing him to practice the backward movement and the smash in a real game situation.
