Today, we will fly like Superman with a sheathing exercise that will strengthen abs, back and glutes.
We start lying on the ground on the ground, the arms stretched in front of you and the legs lying backwards, as if we were preparing to take off. Keeping the look directed towards the ground to protect the neck, we engage the abs and take off the arms, chest and legs on the ground simultaneously.
The idea is to maintain this position, the body well stretched, as if you were flying. The arms must remain straight ahead, the shoulders relaxed, and the legs stretched. We hold the posture between 15 and 30 seconds, by breathing calmly and feeling the work in the abs, the lower back and the glutes.
