Hi!
Today, we're going for a slightly more dynamic core workout, ideal for waking up your abs and giving you a taste of running... but in plank mode! ️💪
Get into a classic plank position, with your elbows aligned under your shoulders and your body stretched like a straight line. Once stable, start to bring one knee towards your chest, then put it back down and do the same with the other knee. Alternate like this, as if you were running on the spot, but without leaving the plank position. Continue for 20 to 30 seconds, maintaining a constant pace.

Be careful, it looks easy, but after a few seconds, you will feel the heat get in your abs. Well, the more it stings, the more it pays 😂
