048 Interception warm-up with ball

As you certainly know, warming up is super important; It should not be neglected as it helps avoid injuries.
This nice little warm-up exercise allows you to vary your work a little better than doing simple laps of the court.

Type: Warm-up
Beginner level
Duration: 5 to 10 min


Description and purpose of the exercise:

We warm up by running around the field and catching the ball that the coach throws at us.


Organization of the exercise:

The coach is located in the center of the field with a handball for example
The player runs around the court
The coach randomly sends the ball and the player must catch it without stopping and return it to the coach
