Losing confidence after a few unforced errors in a row

Hey friends,

I’ve noticed a pattern in my matches. After 3 or 4 simple unforced errors in a row, I can literally feel my confidence disappear.

My arm slows down, my shots become more cautious, and ironically… I start playing worse tennis. Safer decisions, but poorer execution. It feels like a negative spiral that starts very fast and is hard to stop once it begins.

How do you interrupt this early before it affects the whole set?

Hi Ben,

I focus only on footwork for the next points. ;)
