Summer heat is destroying my grip. My hands get soaked, and I lose confidence on big swings. I need real feedback from players who sweat a lot.
Is Tourna Grip still the top choice for extreme sweat? Are there better options with more durability? Should I switch to a super-tacky grip instead of absorbent ones? Which overgrip keeps its feel the longest?
Do you use rosin, antiperspirant, or change grips mid-match?

I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but hear me out. I switched from absorbent to tacky grips and it was a game-changer. I use the Wilson Pro Comfort. Yes, when sweat gets through it gets messy, but the initial lock-on feel is incredible. The trick is to use it with a rosin bag between points. The combination gives you a super-secure, dry feel that lasts longer than an absorbent grip for me. I'm a "moderate to heavy" sweater.
