Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
I always prepare my tennis gear the night before a match. Rackets restrung, grips checked, shoes ready, bag perfectly organized. Some people say it is overkill, but it helps me feel calm.
Am I the only one who does this? Does preparation reduce match-day stress for you? Or do you prefer keeping things relaxed and last minute?
Curious to hear how others approach their pre-match routine.
I do this religiously. Packing the night before completely reduces match-day stress. My mind is free to focus on strategy and warming up, not on whether I remembered my wristbands. It's a simple trick that makes a huge difference in feeling prepared and calm.
Never surrender a 40-0 lead. It's a matter of principle.
