Tension change affects confidence in matches

Hey all,

I feel like even a 1-kg difference in string tension changes my whole mindset. The shots feel off even when my technique is fine.

Do you feel tension affects your mental game too?


Never surrender a 40-0 lead. It's a matter of principle.
