Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
Hi there,
had one of those rare sessions recently where everything felt… simple. Timing was there, footwork felt natural, and mentally I was calm without forcing anything. No overthinking, no fighting the ball. Just playing.
Those days don’t happen often, which almost makes them more frustrating when they’re gone. It got me thinking: how much of tennis is actually technical, and how much is just feel, rhythm, and mindset lining up at the same time?
What do you think makes a day feel perfect on court? Is it preparation, confidence, conditions… or something you can’t really control?
I’d say rhythm. Once the rally tempo fits you, your timing improves without thinking. Then confidence follows naturally.
My soul is red. My shoes are dusty. My spirit is unbreakable.
