Hello everyone !

Today I'm going to show you a great exercise to work on your drop shots in the service square.

Execution of the exercise:

• We place ourselves just behind the net, in the service squares.
• My partner sends me the balls with a rather grazing trajectory, so they arrive just above the net.
• This is perfect for practicing drop shots in real playing conditions.
• To do a good drop shot, I need to aim to hit the ball from the underside. It's as if I want to give it a little tap so that it falls gently to the other side of the net.
• You must be careful not to overtighten the racket at impact. I just want to let the ball slide across the racquet with light pressure to really control the power of the drop shot.
• I alternate between forehand and backhand to work more on my drop shots.

This exercise is great for working on the precision and control of your drop shots.
