Hi,
I am Frédéric, a state-certified clinical psychologist, passionate about and specialized in tennis: I accompany, among other things, my son Elouan in this wonderful adventure that is tennis with this objective for him: To one day become a professional player.
I am sharing with you this document that I created a few years ago when I started to become interested in the mental aspect of tennis.
I came across it by chance while cleaning up all the files on my computer and upon rereading it I find that it's not that bad.

The idea of course is to try to find a happy medium, between seriousness and relaxation, game mode, and pressure... A happy medium between different emotions that can affect us when we play tennis.
