Let's talk about tennis : Let's go !
Hi
Recently started playing padel more regularly, and one thing really stands out: the wall game.
You’re constantly forced to wait, read the rebound, and choose the right moment to transition from defense to attack.
Compared to tennis, it feels almost like tactical chess. You can’t rush points, and poor positioning gets exposed quickly. Since mixing both sports, I feel calmer in long tennis rallies, more willing to build the point instead of forcing a winner too early.
Has anyone else felt that padel helps with patience, positioning, or rally construction in tennis?

Yes, definitely. Reading rebounds off the glass sharpens your anticipation. In tennis, I feel more comfortable waiting for the right ball now.
