I'm feeling flat during warm-up but sharp in match play

Hi guys,

Sometimes my warm-up feels average or even bad, but once the match starts I suddenly play much better.

It’s almost like competition switches something on mentally.

Do you trust your warm-up level as an indicator of match performance?
