Curious about everyone’s routine. I'm at 3 sessions per week but want to push to 4.

2 hours of doubles on Saturday, 1 hour of singles practice on Sunday. That's it! I add one 30-minute home yoga session for recovery. Perfect for staying active without burning out.
Mondays: 1.5h technique practice
Tuesdays: 2h match play
Wednesdays: Rest
Thursdays: 1.5h drills
Fridays: Gym (strength)
Weekends: Tournament or intense practice.
I need at least one full rest day to avoid overuse injuries.
