Breaks, injuries, bad weather – plenty of things can kill momentum. What’s your method to keep the flame alive? Share what you do: alternative training, visualization, goal-setting, mini-competitions with friends…

Hello;

Injury forced me to discover yoga! Better flexibility now than before. Plus watching full match replays and taking notes that actually improved my tactical IQ without touching a racket.

Goal-setting is key for me!

I create a simple comeback plan with clear milestones.

Example: Week 1: 10 min footwork drills daily to Month 3: first friendly match.

Checking off small wins keeps me driven!
