Hey everyone,
Quick question, do you guys ever take long breaks from tennis?
I haven’t played in about 3 weeks now, and I’m a bit worried I’m going to come back playing terribly… timing off, no rhythm, all that.
At the same time, I kind of feel like my body needed the rest. I was starting to feel a bit tired physically and mentally before stopping.
So I’m curious, in your experience, do breaks actually help your game in the long run, or do they just mess up your level and consistency?
