Hi friends !
Today we're talking about throwing a ball! It is very important to master this step for flawless service. And believe me, it's not just a toss-up, it's a key to having consistent, powerful and reliable service.

To practice throwing a ball, take a cone (the tip towards the ground and the hollow upwards) with your dominant hand which should normally hold the racket.
With your other hand, throw the ball as if you were going to serve, but this time, instead of hitting the ball with a racket,
try and catch it in the hollow of the cone that you hold with your dominant hand.

Repeat the exercise until the movements are fluid and confidence is established.
