Small agility-oriented exercise, which is quite cardio too... (believe me lol)
We place 5 tennis balls on a line.
I touch the first ball with my hand then with a quick step I will touch the 2nd ball.
Then I come back to touch the 1st ball then the 3rd
Then the first then the 4th
Then the first then the 5th
then I start again...
Do 4 sets of 1min with 40 sc of rest in each set (to be adapted according to your desires and needs)
