Regularity tennis exercise and go


Here is a very simple little exercise that I often do with my brother and which has helped me gain consistency.

Description and purpose of the exercise:

We will play a point without service and hold 4 strikes as a partner before starting to be aggressive.
The objective of this exercise is to train the players to hold a simple and easy exchange.


Organization of the exercise:

  1. One of the 2 players engages in the spoon
  2. Players must return balls without putting their partner in difficulty
  3. We then count 4 strikes
  4. From the 5th strike the point is played and the players can attack.

(We can play a 10-point game to spice up the exercise)
