035 Tennis exercise: Smash 1

Hi

the smash!! What satisfaction when it passes, What frustration when it ends in the net... lol

Here is an exercise that helps me better coordinate my movements, I also work on the perception and speed of execution of my Smash.


1) My partner / coach sends a ball that I can hit at the line of the service squares
2) I will quickly position myself then hit my Smash
3) I come back around a cone at the base line before hitting my next Smash
