Tennis agility exercise 2


In this agility-oriented exercise, I place 4 balls / blocks in a square on the field and I must turn around them as shown in the figure:

1) First side backwards
2) Not chased on the left
3) Running forward
4) Not chased to the right

And we start again...


4 sets of 1 minute with 45 sc of rest between each set ;)...

1 min / 45 sec rest
1 min / 45sec rest
1 min / 45 sec rest
1 min / Rest

It's up to you to suffer lol but it's so good 😉
